Happy Pride Week 2014!!

Surprisingly enough this might be one of the most personal things I've ever posted on DA! I'm not a big rah-rah anything when it comes to holidays, regardless if I think they're fun or not, so this is the first time I've ever posted anything showing my support, and place, in the LBGT world. 

For those of you who are curious, the two flags I am holding are the Polysexual and Polyamorous flags. Both play a big part in my own life since I am Poly-Poly (even if I cringe at how ridiculous it sounds). When I figured out I was polysexual/polyamorous I was a lot more open on my old tumblr account, and got some heat for it. I've been told by many people I'm not what I say I am, and it's not possible to be ether, but yet here I am. My sexual preferences, and lifestyle are still something I'm pretty private about, I just never saw a reason to put it on my front page like so many others do. Who cares if I'm poly? I mean I want them to know me, not my sexuality. Even if I was a lesbian, or straight, I'd still be Dara, and I'll never fold from that argument. But I am proud that I can be in a world where people like me are accepted (even if its not as quickly as I'd like) and that in my own state, and many around me, I can hopefully one day marry my current partner.
